Guarnición	Totally gilded brass, with a decorated handguard and a double shell that ends in a chiseled gallows in the shape of a bunch. Front cup, the emblem of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Carmen, a shield with three stars under a royal crown. Fusiform grip imitating a cord-like cast around. Pommel forming a spherical cap.
Hoja	Straight, with a bigotera and rounded edges on both sides in the first third. In the last two, three tables and two edges up to the tip.
Vaina	Black leather with a smooth golden metal nozzle and tip. In the nozzle, a button with the arms of Spain to suspend the sword in the tahalí.

Descripción	En las cofradías españolas también utilizaban espadas de ceñir para lucir con sus uniformes en los actos que marcaba el protocolo. Así ocurría en casi todas las asociaciones, tanto militares, como políticas, sociales, religiosas, etc, especialmente en los siglos XIX y XX.
